Nothing stays the same, everyone knows that. It’s easy to say when nothing’s changing. When we all sat in class and thought about college and how exciting it’s gonna’ be and how we’d just say goodbye to everyone and start with everything off new; it will be so easy to just leave it all behind. You know that nothing stays the same but sometimes it hurts so bad when it actually does.
We all got a small taste of change last night. Patrick left for NYU as most of us know. He was the first of our immediate group to really leave somewhere. We all knew he was leaving, we were all well prepared… he remind us how many days he had left on a daily basis. (ha!) But when the day actually came it was pretty tough and everyone handled it in their own way. There’s no “right” way to send someone one off. No one should ever feel bad for crying, and also no one should ever feel bad for not crying.
I went to Starbucks and while I was playing Big 2 I noticed something written on the table outside. I immediately took a picture. Apparently it’s an epidemic. Everyone misses Bum. As do I. We all wish you luck man… best wishes.

yeah…. its that time of year when everyones’ friends are leaving. it really sucks. cept its not the good friends that i worry about. its the people i just met or dont know as well that im worried about you know? but yeah….

Yeah, it’s weird seeing people leave for school. The few days before Julian left for UCB, I was constantly over at his house and when he finally left…it was weird. I guess this is the the time when we realized that high school really has ended.
